state Department of Health has developed a 23-page Medicaid Waiver Regulatory
Flexibility Guidance document, based in part on HANYS’
recommendations. In addition, the state
has posted 39 PowerPoint slides on Regulatory Flexibility as it relates to
Performing Provider Systems in the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment
