NEW SCHEDULE Moves Plan Application Due Date to Dec. 22

Good afternoon,
The New York State Health Department has posted an updated Medicaid Waiver and DSRIP timeline that gives PPS lead organizations six more days to complete and submit Project Plan Applications in December. Additional dates have also been added to the calendar, including:
