NEW CAPITAL RESTRUCTURING RFP ADDENDUM POSTED TODAY

The state Health Department has just now posted a second addendum with modified instructions for the Capital Restructuring Financing Program Request for Applications # 1410100351, and addresses 

• Application Filing, specifically the submission of digital files
• Process A PPS prioritization
• Providing proof of eligibility; and
• Required application format.
