REVIEW DOH Medicaid DSRIP Payment Criteria Online: Performance Eval Plan Posted for Comment

Good morning. The New York State DSRIP Evaluation Plan is posted for your comments, at:

The evaluation process is crucial to determinations of how well an individual group of providers is performing on its stated goals and will be used to determine reimbursement for Performing Provider Systems (PPS'); it is therefore important that the plan be reviewed carefully by organizations planning to participate in the DSRIP program before being finalized.

DOH is seeking public comment through July 21, 2014; the Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS) is planning to submit comments and has already submitted comments on a previous draft evaluation plan; their comments can be viewed here.
