Allison Hamblin, MSPH, vice president for strategic planning at Center for Health Care Strategies, Inc., will provide information on what other states have done regarding building a collaborative effort, effective governance structure, maximizing performance and financial incentives.

There will also be a brief presentation on data sources available to applicants and a facilitated question-and-answer session.
