State Waiver/DSRIP Changes: Deadline extension, new Excel file for Section 10 of Project Design Grant

Good Afternoon!


To continue our posting of state Medicaid Waiver  some DSRIP updates to share with you:


1) Two significant changes have been made to the DSRIP Design Project Grant Application:

a. The application due date has been extended from June 17 to Thursday, June 26, 2014 at 5pm. 

b. Meanwhile, Section 10 (Project Advisory Committee) of the DSRIP Project Design Grant application has been changed significantly.

• A separate Excel file for Section 10 has been created and posted on the DOH Design Grant website. This separate Excel file should be completed instead of the Section 10 that was included as part of the original Project Design Grant application file.  Instructions reflecting this update have also been posted on the DSRIP Project Design Grant website.
