REMINDER: Design Grant Applications Due @ 5 p.m. Tomorrow; Slides, Q&A Posted from Webinar

As a reminder, Design Grant Applications are due to BVAPR@health.state.ny.us by 5 p.m. tomorrow, 6/26/2014, for the state's Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment program.

As a potential assist for the Design Grant application process, the recording, slides, and Q&As from its second, June 18 Design Grant webinar have been posted to the Design Grant section of the DSRIP website:

The Q&A file originally posted Tuesday has been updated to include all of the questions submitted during the webinar. Duplicates of questions were removed or combined. If you still have questions about the Design Grant Application after reviewing the materials, the state Health Department is asking that you please submit them to BVAPR@health.state.ny.us with “Design Grant Application” as part of the subject line. 

The Department asks that e-mailed questions be as detailed as possible, and that they provide contact information (name and phone number) to speed response time.
