Comments Sought on DSRIP PPS Plan Application Materials: Today through October 29, 2014

State Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Performing Provider System Draft Plan Application and materials are now online. 

The state Health Department announced today that public comments are sought through October 29, 2014 via e-mail, to dsripapp@health.ny.gov

Your WNY Healthcare Association will be soliciting member comments and commenting on the materials on behalf of members; members are asked to e-mail John Bartimole directly at jbartimo@wnyha.com

As part of the public review and comment period, New York State is required to engage the public and all relevant stakeholders (including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), community stakeholders, Medicaid beneficiaries, physician groups, hospitals, and health plans) by publishing the NY Draft DSRIP PPS Plan Application and Scoring Guide, including all relevant background material, and providing a public comment period that will be no less than 30 days.
